GLOBAL GOALS GO is an interactive game designed to spark awareness and inspire action toward the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Challange:

The original brand identity for Global Goals GO lacked the spark and excitement needed to capture the energy of the game and the importance of the SDGs. The challenge? To breathe new life into the brand, making it vibrant, engaging, and irresistible—ensuring it not only grabs attention but also motivates people to take action.

SOLUTION:

creating a bold and energetic brand identity that truly reflects the game’s adventurous and educational nature. Key elements included:

  • Tone of Voice: Developed a playful, engaging tone that makes sustainability approachable and fun for everyone.

  • Slogan Creation: Created catchy slogans that embody the game’s mission and draw players in.

  • Brand Messaging: Wrote compelling copy that captures the essence of the SDGs while keeping the vibe light and interactive.

  • Logo Design: Revamped the logo, giving it a fresh, modern twist that enhances brand recognition and appeal.

  • Brand Colors: Chose bright, bold colors inspired by the game’s adventurous spirit and the SDGs.

  • Mascot Design: Designed a lively mascot that combines the iconic polar bear from the original logo with a new, relatable character. Think of it as the old logo’s polar bear, now dressed up in a fun, engaging costume.

The new branding encourages repeated interaction and reinforces the mission of promoting global sustainability.

To honor the original logo featuring a polar bear and incorporate the girl from the game’s explanatory video, I designed a mascot that combines both elements. The new mascot wears a polar bear costume, merging the old with the new in a fun and relatable way. This design creates a cohesive and energetic brand identity that resonates with the audience, giving off an American “campus” vibe.

This creative approach ensures that the Global Goals GO brand is not only visually appealing but also engaging and motivating, encouraging people to look at it again and again
