Beyco is a platform for trading and connecting global coffee and cacao enthusiasts, fostering an inclusive marketplace for farmers worldwide.

Challange:

Beyco, a platform connecting global coffee and cacao enthusiasts, wanted to seamlessly integrate cacao into their platform in 2024. The challenge was to rebrand the platform in a way that embodies impact, friendliness, and playfulness, while maintaining its commitment to positive change in the global coffee and cacao trading industries.

SOLUTION:

To achieve this, Beyco’s rebranding focused on creating a dynamic, playful, and approachable visual identity that reflects its mission of promoting traceability and equity in the global trade of coffee and cacao. The new brand identity needed to capture the balance between bold advocacy for change and a friendly, approachable presence that welcomes all stakeholders.

Logo Design

The logo was designed to reflect the cyclical nature of global coffee and cacao trade. Rounded geometric forms intertwine playfully, creating leaf-like shapes that signify Beyco’s connection to nature and its focus on traceability. The design uses smooth lines and soft curves, which evoke friendliness and movement, while remaining modern and adaptable to various applications.

Brand Colors

Beyco’s color palette is designed to reflect the vibrant energy of the coffee and cacao trade while communicating its commitment to positive change. The use of bold and contrasting colors—such as deep greens, bright yellows, and lively blues—symbolizes the connection between people, land, and industry. These colors evoke nature, growth, and vitality, all while highlighting the urgency of transforming global trade into a fair and equitable system.

Each shade has been carefully chosen to convey a sense of warmth and friendliness, ensuring that Beyco’s message of inclusivity and impact resonates across every platform and touchpoint. Whether it’s in print, digital design, or motion graphics, the color scheme creates a cohesive and dynamic brand presence.

VISUAL LANGUAGE

The designs featured in the Beyco project emphasize contrast and connection among people, land, agriculture, and industry. On your page, bold, vibrant colors like greens, yellows, and blues are paired with confident typography, giving the brand a dynamic feel. These colors reflect the energy and urgency of Beyco’s mission, while still being inviting and approachable.

Images of business cards, posters, and digital applications show how the visual identity comes to life across different mediums, highlighting Beyco’s impact-driven approach. The secondary typography, with its more gentle, rounded forms, balances out the bolder elements, creating a harmony between strong advocacy and a friendly, welcoming tone.
